This milestone establishes a critical foundation for the assembly and operation of the cable crane system &#8211; a vital component for accelerating construction work on Diamer Basha Dam Project.<br>WAPDA is constructing Diamer Basha Dam, which is the tallest Roller-Compacted-Concr ete (RCC) Dam in the world with 272 meters height. Once completed, the Dam will store 8.1 MAF of water and generate 4,500 MW green, clean and affordable electricity with annual energy generation of 18,000
