PRESENT STATUS / PROGRESS |

LOT-1 COLONY
O&M Wapda staff colony at Koghuzi Chitral is
substantially completed.
LOT-2 & 3.1 Civil Works /Power House
The civil work contractrs (Lot-2 & 3.1) have been
alloted to M/s SAMBU SARCO JV date of commencement
for the contract was 01.02.2011. Contractors have
been mobilized to site and following site activities
are completed/in progress.

Batching/crushing plant near powerhouse site is
completed & functional.

Batching plant at weir site completed and
functional.
-
Demarcation for downstream & upstream wing wall &
second diversion channel has been done.

Excavation is in progress for upstream wing wall.
-
Rock
bolts installation on portal face is in progress.
-
Construction of Access road to surge chamber is in
progress.

First
cement warehouse completed and construction of
second is in progress.

LOT 3.2 E&M Works
Tenders for
Lot-3.2 (E&M Works) opened on 30.06.2011. Work
will be awarded shortly.

LOT-4 Transmission Line
After authority has decided to invite bid
on post qualification basis, the amended bidding
documents (post qualification basis) has been sent
to the OFID for seeking concurrence which is still
awaited..

Consultancy agreement for construction supervision
has been signed, the consultant have been mobilized
at site.
