and selected M/s Sogreah (France as led firm with FHC
(JV) as local partner.

Contract Agreement between AFD and M/s Sogreah,
has been signed in Paris on
28.05.2011 and Consultants mobilized by June, 2011.
. Consultants
have submitted Final Feasibility Report after
incorporating the
comments of WAPDA & AFD ON 04.05.2012.

EIA Review fee and relevant documents have been
submitted to EPA GB Govt. for
review and subsequent approval and issuance of NOC.

Comments on EIA received from GB-EPA have been
incorporated and modified
EIA/IEE report has been sent to EPA-GB for issuance of NOC.
. Donor agenices AFD & KfW have envisaged
to implement Harpo & Basho in phased
approach, considering one hydropower project & transmission line
in phase-I, &
other Hydropower Projects in next phase.
. GB Govt. has intimated their preference
to implement Harpo HPP alongwith
transmission line in
phase-I.
. Basho
HPP will be considered in Phase-II.
. EIA/IEE
of Basho HPP has been submitted to EPA-GB for
NOC.
