Objective:

The purpose of establishment of “Public Complaints Resolution Mechanism” is to deliver a prompt & consistent response to the complaints relating to WAPDA projects only through coordinating with the concern departments.

Where to complaint?

The complainant must send his/her complaint through registered/ courier mail, at the following address;
